Recipe Gluten-free picnic buns

Recipe.

2 cups pumpkin seeds
1.5 cups chopped almonds
0.5 tsp salt
25 grams of yeast
1 egg
0.5 cups grape seed oil
gluten-free flour mixture
water

The other day I baked these picnic buns / muffins. The first listed ingredients are as measured, but the gluten-free flour and the water I just put in until the dough had the desired feel and look.

Raising time: 1 hour.

Add the dough on the muffins tray or shape the buns, then brush them with milk and top with a little more pumpkin seeds and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees convection.

1,2,3 and ready and prepared and you have nice gluten-free buns for your Sunday Brunch or for your picnic 🙂
