Gluten-free Paleo Pie
I think it must be time for a little nice gluten-free recipe, therefor this Gluten free Paleo Pie recipe …
Ingredients:
2-3 dl. almond flour
0.5 dl. sesame
1 cup linseed
1 egg
0,5 dl oil or 30 grams of butter
0.5 tsp sea salt
Recipe:
Mix all the ingredients together and kneaded them into a firm and a little sticky dough.
Press the dough into a pie dish and make holes in the the pie buttom with a fork.
Cover and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Once your dough has rested in the fridge you take it out and then you pre-bake the pie dough for 15 minutes in a 170 degree preheated oven.
Make your filling as you like and top it with 3 eggs mixed with 2 dl of. milk and some salt and pepper.
Bake the pie for 30 minutes at 170 degrees (keep an eye on your pie during baking time).
This pie is super filling, high on fiber, gluten free, Paleo ish and it fits perfect for a chilly January day.
