Chef’s Gallery, Sydney

Chefs gallery Sydney 14 Dec.Town hall SydneyThis weekend J’s mom and dad invited us to Chef’s Gallery, a Gourmet Chinese restaurant in Sydney.

Chef’s Gallery is a Sydney dining experience like no other!

In the restaurant there is a harmonious almost Taoist philosophy that pervades Chefs Gallery. From the muted hues and finishes of its interior to the elegant displays of Chinese antiquities, there is an underlying subdued and sublime aesthetic.

But this serenity veils the industrious energy in its three special open glass-walled kitchens that produces Chefs Gallery’s exceptional, hand-made food. The menu presents masterpieces from all corners of China in a sumptuous kaleidoscopic explosion of fresh and exciting flavours and I tell you the food was AMAZING.

They had a whole gluten-free menu (just for us celiac’s), which you don’t see that often.

The food on the photos shows a ultra tender and tasty Hot Pot and a homemade Egg Tofu with spring onions and smoked ginger on top, Yummmmm:)

After this gourmet experience we went to see the Christmas light show at the Sydney Town Hall. They had projected on to the building a animated Christmas show with beach chairs and puffs to sit back and enjoy the show.

Now its 7 days to Christmas… Sydney time. Ho Ho Ho!!!!
