Red Cabbage Christmas Salad with figs

Sydney is GREAT

Sidney day 1.1 Sydney day 1.2 Sydney day 1.3Sydney day 1-2 mix Sydney me and santa Sydney UGG Ugg 2Ihh Sydney is a GREAT (said like Tony the Tiger from Kellogg’s) city and we are having the best time. The first two days was affected by a little jet lag (but hey, we are young, right).

I’ve just done a large photo collage just to show a little of all the wonderful stuff that we all ready did here in Sydney.

On the photos above you see us at the waterfront looking at the majestic Sydney Harbour Bridge. This bridge is a steel through arch bridge across Sydney Harbour that carries rail, vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian traffic between the Sydney central business district (CBD) and the North Shore.

Then of course we saw The Sydney Opera House which is a multi-venue performing arts centre in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Situated on Bennelong Point in Sydney Harbour, close to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the facility is adjacent to the Sydney central business district and the Royal Botanic Gardens, between Sydney and Farm Coves.

The Sydney Opera House is designed by the Danish architect Jørn Utzon. Uhh Yes Denmark knows all about good design 😉

We also had a memorable lunch at Chat Thai, I ordered a beef, chili salad with mint and a to I had a nice fresh Australian home-brewed organic cider.

If you ever are in Sydney, then you should definitely try this restaurant, everything was so fresh and incredible tasty at a affordable price.

Sydney is full of wonderful Christmas decorations and even in 30 degrees, this city manages to put me into a perfect Christmas mood.

Today J, his brother, his mom and I went for a little trip and we met Santa, he was a very nice Santa (as you can see) and he made my wish about owning a nice pair of leopard Ugg boots come true. Jubii!

Merry Christmas Santa 🙂
