Cosy crackling and warming fireplace

My big sister and her little family just bought a house and they have a fireplace in their new living room.

It would be a lie to say that I´m not just a little jealous…

I grew up in a home with two beautiful fireplaces and there’s nothing like on a cold winter day to enjoy a hot cup of chocolate in front of the cosy crackling and warming fireplace. Those things go hand in hand; winter, fireplace, cosyness and hot chocolate 🙂

I also want a fireplace and I wouldn’t mind if it looked like one of the examples below.

Now I will go to bed and dream of nice little cozy homes with crackling wood burning in their fireplaces…
