Ginger Spinach Green Smoothie

¡Buenos días

My baby J was sick some weeks ago. We cured the very dangerous and well known ¨man’s disease¨ by drinking healthy smoothies 😉

Ginger Spinach Green Smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of water and 1 cup of milk
  • 3 cups of baby spinach
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/4 inch of ginger, peeled
  • 2 fresh figs
  • A little honey, stevia, or maple syrup to sweeten it up (optional)

Mix it all in your blender. If you don’t use any frozen fruit, then blend in two ice cubes, to get the cold freshness.

J and I are going to Ikea this afternoon after work, juhuuu!
