Tagliatelle Pasta-Gratin
The other night we got this extremely delicious pasta dish is invented by my sweet and lovely mom, she makes it however with fresh pasta and as a vegetarian version.
Tagliatelle pasta with spinach gratin
Cook the pasta as instructed:
300 g. Tagliatellei pasta (Gluten free)
Sauter the ingredients below in sesame oil:
A little sesame oil
1 brown onion
2 cloves of garlic
Leftover chicken (without skin) Tip: ham would also be good in this dish.
6 big handful of fresh chopped spinach
1 small red chili without seeds
A little Basil (I didn’t have any fresh so I used dried Basil instead)
The Gratin-sauce:
Mix with a fork:
3 cups of cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 cups of milk.
When the pasta is cooked well, then turn the pasta into all the ingredients on the pan and turn it around.
Put the mixture into an ovenproof dish and pull the gratin sauce over.
Bake the Pasta-Gratin in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes 🙂
