IMG_7020A Gluten-free Blue Cheese Burger made with a mix of everything from the fridge. I added blue cheese inside of the burger beef´s before I fried them. The blue cheese gave the otherwise very ordinary burgers a little fine extra taste.

I simply love burgers and just because I have Celiac disease (Gluten allergy) it doesn’t mean that I can’t eat burgers. In my home we just make them a little alternative.

For me the burger is a all year meal, it goes good in every season.
Now these days in the autumn/early winter I like to spice the burgers up, for example serving them with sweet potato chili fries, or use a strong blue cheese instead of normal burger cheese, use a tasty garlic/avocado guacamole spread or maybe by adding some chili and paprika in the ketch-up, etc.

Only the imagination puts limits!

J and I are planning to go for a brunch at a new cafe just opened in town this weekend, and who knows maybe there´s burgers on the menu. I have heard they serve good gluten-free brunches, yumm …
