Wednesday night dinner.
In Sweden they call it the Korv Stroganoff and they serve it with rice, but in Denmark we call the Swedish sausage dish and we put potatoes in the dish.
My Swedish sausage dish is of course a little alternative to the traditional one, I´m making it a bit more healthy with more vegetables, etc. Mmmm….. it smells good!
Check out our new handmade salad bowl purchased in a small pottery shop in Tossa de Mar filled with green fresh beans, greek feta cheese, figs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, squash and red onion, with a squeezed lemon and herbal salt as dressing.
