Wednesday night dinner.

Right now, while I´m writing this post, our Wednesday dinner is is almost finished cooking on the stove. We are having Swedish sausage dish 🙂

My Swedish sausage dish is of course a little alternative to the traditional one, I´m making it a bit more healthy with more vegetables, etc. Mmmm….. it smells good!

Last Wedensday we had this:

Check out our new handmade salad bowl purchased in a small pottery shop in Tossa de Mar filled with green fresh beans, greek feta cheese, figs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, squash and red onion, with a squeezed lemon and herbal salt as dressing.

Almond breaded pork chops.
