LUNCH – PICNIC SMOOTHIE
4 dl frozen Strawberries
1 dl seedless Cherries
1-2 cm Ginger (peeled)
5 Almonds
1 tsp Sunflower seeds
1 dl Natural yogurt
1 tblsp Honey
400 ml cold Milk
Mix it all in a blender
Keep it cold in the fridge at your work place or home.
If going to a picnic you should use a cooler bag to keep in cold with cooling elements
My smoothie was in the fridge for 4 hours and it was nice & cold for lunch
PS. I used a preserving jar as a “water bottle”
