The ultimate gluten-free banana cake.
Yesterday I baked this banana cake, it was so delicious! Therefore J and I had to have a little of it with cold milk as an appetizer before today’s Sunday breakfast, Ups Cake before breakfast, -but Yummm is was!
Ingredients:
1 dl. gluten-free flour
1 dl. gluten-free oats
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 ripe bananas (mashed with a fork)
2 eggs
1 tbsp. coconut oil (or another kind of cooking oil)
1-2 tbsp. honey (optional between all honey varieties)
A handful finger crumbled walnuts
Mix it all together and bake it in a loaf pan for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
The banana cake should be cooled on a wire rack, otherwise it will be very soft in consistency.
