Gluten free Cauliflower Pizza

The best guten free Cauliflower Pizza
with dill & smoked Norwegian salmon!

Recipe for 2 pers.

Ingredients:
0,5-1 whole fresh cauliflower
1 clove of garlic
2 eggs
2 tbsp. rice flour
1 dl. flaxseed (like dried flax seed shells)
Salt and black pepper

Cream cheese
A bunch of fresh dill
Organic fresh lemon
2-300 grams smoked salmon
Half of a red onion thinly sliced

This is how you do the pizza base; Wash and blend the cauliflower and mix with garlic, eggs, rice flour, flaxseed, salt and pepper. Form 4 small one pizza trays and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.

When the four little pizzas are baked, then butter them with cream cheese, add salmon on top with lots of dill and fine slices of red onion and a small slice of lemon on top.

I served the pizzas with a  lemon, dill and cherry tomatoe cream cheese dressing and as a drink I made a homemade fresh cold lemon lemonade 🙂

This one recipe that everyone should try, it was so easy and totally delicious
J and I looooved the small delicate pizzas.

Next time we are going to have pizzas I will try to make the pizzas with tomato base, serano, rocket and parmesan cheese I think everything (fresh) will be tasty on this cauliflower pizza bases.
