FOUR GOOD DAYS Part 2

I’ve just got home from a very nice and sunny afternoon swim at the beach.. and right before l’m off again, this time for tapas and drinks in town, together with one of James old friends from Sweden, who is visiting Barcelona, I want to show you this post from last week…

1/ Tuesday’s Good Morning view from our balcony.
The photo is taken right before I had to drag myself to work. It should be forbidden to work when you have visitors from a country as far away as Denmark.

2/ Sine & I – Metro on the way to Barceloneta.

3/ The four of us enjoying the afternoon sun, drinking is an obligatory!
We had Spanish Sangria con vino at one of Barceloneta’s Chiringuitos.

4/ One cool looking beach-babe, with her new pendleton cross over shoulder bag bought in Greece (Sine & Jeppe was lucky enough to spend one week in Greece at Jeppe’s family holiday house before they came to visit us in Barcelona).5/Dinner at Porvenir. Its a very authentic Gallician restaurant in Carrer de Villarroel, 157 in Barrio L’Eixample. If you are in Barcelona and want to try real authentic gallician and very filling dishes, then you should try Porvenir. They open at 20.30 at night, but the Spanish people don´t arrive before around 22.30h. It is 100% estilo Gallician. Be prepared for mountains of fresh food.

The food is more than good, the staff are authentic and freindly and the price is very reasonable. After dinner they always serve free Baileys or lemon liqueur and they leave the bottle on the table in case you feel like you need more than one drink to rest the food in the stomach 😉6/A little dinner photos.
