EASY & HEALTHY GLUTEN-FREE DINNER
Sometimes the time for cooking dinner is short, therefore l made up this very easy, tasty and quick recipe. -And its healthy too!
Ingredients ( 2 pers.)
1 tablespoon oil for frying (coconut oil or canola oil)
2 chicken breasts cut into small pieces
1 clove chopped garlic
1 red pepper, cut into small pieces
6-8 mushrooms, cut into quarters
8 small whole cherry tomatoes
1 small chopped dried chili
1 bunch fresh green asparagus cut in half
2 tablespoon Flax seed (you can slso use sesame)
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Recipe
Wash and cut all vegetables.
Roast chicken and onions. Add the red pepper, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and chili and fry it all together for 15 minutes.
Add the green halved asparagus and cook for a further 5 min. Then add the flax seeds and season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper -Buen provecho!
